Dr. Eboni Smith Hollier
As an adored and respected Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrician, Dr. Eboni Smith Hollier, affectionately known as Dr. Eboni, is board-certified in both Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics as well as General Pediatrics. Dr. Eboni is also a speaker, consultant, and author.
Dr. Eboni has cared for hundreds of children with typical development as well as children with varying levels of ability. She has experience and expertise in evaluating developmental disabilities including autism, intellectual disability, and speech delay. She has counseled many families through challenging times and has seen first-hand the progress that children and families can make with appropriate support. With her credentials, coupled with her warmth and compassion for children, it is no surprise that she is such a beloved Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrician.
As the founder and chief medical advisor of Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics of Greater Houston, she supports parents in understanding their child’s development and behavior. She also offers counseling on how to help caregivers support their children in reaching their personal developmental potential. Dr. Eboni shares her knowledge via her Facebook professional page as well as her YouTube channel. Her mission is to give parents the encouragement and support they need to understand and accept their child’s abilities, support parents as they help their child reach their personal developmental potential, as well as to parent more confidently while coping with life’s challenges more effectively.
Dr. Eboni earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Xavier University of Louisiana and Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Mississippi School of Medicine. She completed Pediatrics internship and residency at the University of Mississippi Medical Center and Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics fellowship at the University of Chicago Medical Center.
Dr. Eboni enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her family. She practices in the greater Houston area, where she resides with her husband and their son.
