- All services are self-pay via credit card.
- We do not accept insurance of any type. We are out-of-network providers for all insurance plans. We will provide a billing summary with respective codes which you may file with your insurance provider for reimbursement.
- Remember that your health insurance is a contract between you and your insurance provider. We are unable to answer questions about your specific plan and encourage you to understand your benefits. It is recommended that you contact your insurance company before your appointment to ask about coverage for subspecialty developmental pediatric care.
- Full payment for all services rendered are due at the time of the service.
- Some insurance plans require a referral for reimbursement. It is your responsibility to determine if a referral is necessary. To avoid lack of reimbursement, obtaining a referral is strongly recommended.
